LunchNSip offers kids lunch boxes, water bottles, and related school essentials.

We reserve the right to update or modify product information without prior notice
Orders are confirmed only after successful processing of the advance confirmation amount (Rs. 500 included in total order price)

3. Order Confirmation Policy

To ensure smooth processing and genuine orders:

A Rs. 500 advance confirmation amount is included in the total order price
This amount covers order handling, processing, and logistics preparation
Remaining payment is collected at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery)

This system ensures fast processing and reduces fake or non-serious orders.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees)
Prices may change without prior notice
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders
Partial advance is included in product price as confirmation fee

5. Delivery Policy

We deliver across Pakistan
Orders are shipped after confirmation
Delivery time may vary depending on location
Free delivery may be available on selected products or promotions

6. Open Parcel Policy

Customers are allowed to open and inspect their parcel at the time of delivery to ensure:

Correct product received
Product matches order details
No visible damage

If the product is accepted upon delivery, the order is considered final.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

Product is damaged upon delivery
Wrong item is delivered
Manufacturing defect is found at delivery time

Return must be requested at the time of delivery before acceptance.

Once the parcel is accepted, no return or exchange will be processed.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate contact and delivery details
Be available at the time of delivery
Inspect products before accepting delivery

9. Limitation of Liability

LunchNSip is not responsible for:

Delays caused by courier services
Damage after successful delivery acceptance
