After confirmation, the remaining amount is paid at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery).

3. Open Parcel Policy

Customers are allowed to open and inspect the parcel at the time of delivery to verify:

4. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or replacements are only accepted under the following conditions:

Once the parcel is accepted and delivery is completed, the order is considered final and no return or exchange will be accepted afterward.
